Drive tube and high-power Mos, and Mos tube plus a separate heat sink, Extreme low output resistance of the PCB(printed circuit board), super current endurance. The power input uses extreme low output resistance greatly enhance the power stability, and has the protective effect on the battery. Safety electrical function: when the power is turned on, regardless of the throttle stick in any position does not start the motor immediately, to avoid personal injury. Separately voltage regulator IC for microprocessor. providing good anti-jamming capability. Supported motor speed (Maximum): 210000 RPM (2 poles), 70000 RPM (6 poles), 35000 RPM (12 poles). Using a SimonK's dedicated multi-copter program tgy_debug, and the master chip with high stability crystal oscillator, making the motor control to more precise.

  • Extreme use:
  • Continuous current is 30A, instantaneous 35A, 40A for 10 seconds.
  • Dimensions/weight:
  • 32 X 24 X 7 (mm) 13 grams (excluding wire) 20 grams (including wire)
  • voltage range:
  • 7.4V-12.6
  • Battery quantity:
  • 4-12NIMH
  • 2-3LIPO (4LIPO does not allow the use of BEC output)
  • BEC output:
  • Continuous 2A, (instantaneous 3A)
  • 2LIPO 4-5 micro steering gear
  • 3LIPO 3-4 micro steering gear
  • Protective function:
  • Automatically select 2-3LIPO, the respective protection voltage is 6V/9V;
  • Automatically select NIMH, the protection voltage of each section is 0.8V;
  • Safe start, starting is prohibited if the throttle position is incorrect;
  • Temperature protection, shutdown when surface temperature reaches 110 degrees;
  • Loss of control protection, it will stop after 1 second if there is no signal.
  • Performance description:
  • The maximum speed limit is 300,000 rpm for 2-pole internal rotation, 50,000 rpm for 12-pole external rotation, and 42,000 rpm for 14-pole external rotation.
  • 8KHz PWM control, using speed control curve.
  • Auto-throttle adaptation, suitable for more remote control devices.
  • Using BEC, the MCU separates the power supply and works more stably.
  • Setting method
  • 1. Turn on the transmitter and push the throttle to the highest position (FUTABA series transmitters need to select REV for the throttle channel).
  • 2. Connect the receiver and motor.
  • 3. Turn on the power of the ESC and if the transmitter is normal, there will be the following sound: (If there is a long "beep" after the sound ends and there is no more sound, then check the reverse setting of the throttle channel of the transmitter.)
  • BB stands for LIPO automatic protection
  • BB BB stands for NIMH/NICD automatic protection
  • BBB BBB indicates brake selection
  • (When there is no operation, all sounds will continue to loop until there is an operation request.)
  • There are settings you want during the sound cycle. When you hear the first syllable of the prompt sound, (for example, if you select LIPO automatic protection and hear a B sound, pull the throttle to the lowest position) quickly pull the throttle to the lowest position. At the same time, the motor will make a sharp sound to confirm.
  • At this time, if there are other settings, quickly push the throttle to the maximum to select the next option.
  • If the setting you want is completed, wait for 2 seconds, the motor will make the appropriate battery protection confirmation sound again, and you can use it after confirming the throttle position.
  • NIMH automatic protection is calculated based on the actual number of batteries. Each battery is set to 0.8V. In order to accurately judge the battery voltage, please fully charge the battery. If it is not fully charged, the ESC will estimate the protection voltage based on 70% of the voltage. (This function can also be used when using 4LIPO)
  • brake:
  • The factory setting is None. You can perform a brake setting operation during actual use, so that the motor will use the back electromotive force to brake after closing the accelerator.
  • If you want to cancel this braking function, you can set the braking operation again, then the function will be cancelled.
  • Factory parameter reset function, because this series of ESCs have overheating and misoperation protection functions. If you find that your ESC accelerates, turns, or has any characteristics such as throttle curve that have changed since it was new, you can do it once. Factory parameter settings to regain maximum performance.
  • There is a long beep of B when powering on, indicating that the ESC is in the LIPO automatic protection state, and three BBB beeps, indicating the NIMH/NICD automatic protection state.
  • Use common sense: (literacy)
  • Some players pick up the ESC and install it directly on the aircraft. As a result, they hear a beeping sound and the motor does not turn or the speed cannot increase. The reasons are as follows:
  • When using an ESC for the first time, you need to identify the maximum and minimum strokes of the remote control. The method is as follows:
  • Connect the ESC to the motor ------ Connect the ESC cable to the receiver ------ Turn on the remote control and push the throttle to the highest point ------ Plug the ESC into the battery ------ --Listen to the sound----Music (123)-----Beep (confirmation sound at the highest point of the throttle)----After two beeps, pull the throttle lever to the lowest point-----Hear the beep Three beeps----(Confirmation beep at the lowest point of throttle, two beeps for 2S, three beeps for 3S)-----OK
  • The three wires of the brushless ESC can be connected at will. If the direction is wrong, just swap any two of the wires.
